We got our 501c3 Status!

Today we received a surprise letter in the mail…it mainly was a surprise because we didn’t expect it so soon.   But, 6 short weeks after applying for our Non-Profit Status with the IRS, we were informed that Embracing Hope Ethiopia is now a registered 501c3 Non Profit Charity.   For many this process takes 3 months, 6 months, 9 months…so we were very encouraged to get it so quickly.

So far this doesn’t change the way to donate to us.  LVC is continuing to administer our funds in the short term…so all donations will still go through Network for Good or by check to LVC.
