Kubra, ED017

Kubra was born in western Ethiopia and fled her village with her family when rebels attacked in 2022. Her father went missing during the attack and is presumed dead. Kubra now resides with her mother, sister and brother in an IDP camp in Debre Birhan surviving off the small, irregular support they receive in the camp. Kubra is now 7 years old and attending 1st grade.

We believe that the family’s deep pain and loss are not the end of the story. Are you interested in partnering with EHE to help support Kubra’s daily needs and encourage her family toward healing and hope? Click on the link below to get your sponsorship started.
